Last Tuesday, September 30, María Pocoví, General Director of Emotion Research LAB, gave a masterclass on consumer behavior to the MBA students of IESE Barcelona.
Emotion Research LAB is the leading company in the measurement of emotions in real time, discovering consumer insights to adapt the concepts, messages and images that activate the emotional connection with customers.
The conscious response of the consumer no longer serves to predict their behavior. Consumers respond to interviews or focus groups rationally. However, the basis of their decisions is emotional. To discover those emotions and how they affect their behavior we deal in Emotion Research Lab.
